Hey everyone, when I first started using the auto -rx system I knew my engine had sludge build up, most toyota engines are prone to sludging and when I had purchased the car it already had 136k miles on it so I knew it would take some work to get rid of all this. Now even though I do not have access to take of the valve cover and take the pics of the engine. I have taken some pics of the dip stick and the oil cap to show how well auto rx cleans.
Here is the picture of the oil cap from the 1st cleaning phase
you can tell just by looking at the layer of sludge that had "caked" on the oil cap. I tried to wipe it off but it was stuck to the metal. Here are some pics during the 2nd rinse phase(2000 miles into it) Keep in mind that the sludge that is on the cap was literally baked and could not be removed even with a towel.
here is a picture of the dip stick, the grooves are much clearer to see now
I can tell that auto rx is doing a great job just by removing the oil cap and looking into the engine, you can tell how auto rx just "melts" the sludge away
Well thats it for now, I will be doing a 3rd clean and rinse phase as soon as I am done with the current rinse phase. Thanks for viewing
