manual transmission treatment question

I haven't worked on cars much, so my question might be pretty dumb, but in my manual transmission car, where would I add the ARX for a transmission treatment--since there is no ATF fluid?

Thanks much.

This is from the Auto-Rx Website.

Manual Transmissions
To get the most out of Auto-Rx®, we recommend the following method of use. The application will last for the life of your manual transmission:
STEP 1 Add 1 ounce of Auto-Rx® per quart of oil.
STEP 2 Drive 1,000 miles for vehicles driven routinely in high mileage situations, or 3,000 miles for vehicles in harsh conditions, such as dry and dusty with extreme heat.
STEP 3 Drain the Auto-Rx® and oil. Refill according to vehicle manufacturer's recommendation.
