IN ORLANDO LAST WEEK, AT A CITGO STATION REGULAR GAS WAS PRICED AT $2.82 PER GALLON, NO CUSTOMERS, HOWEVER ACROSS THE STRE ET WHERE FUEL WAS SELLING FOR $2.85 PER GALLON AND ALL PUMPS THERE HAD CARS WAITING TO FUEL.
