Advice for newer car?

I've used ARX w/ success on several ocassions in the past few years, but never this particular situation.  I've just purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra 4.7L w/ 11,000 miles. 

Is a full ARX cleaning & rinse necessary at this stage?  Or could I just start the engine on the maintenance dose now without the full clean/rinse?

Steve I would start and continue the maintenance program that will keep your engine clean and sludge free.
