Engine Oil Burning!!

Hi there Frank....

I am new here.... I know about auto-rx through one of your users.... Well, my problem is that I had just bought a BMW car model e46 318i 2.0 with 2.0 engine.... At that time it had already clocked about 79,000km.... After buying the car and fixing it for leaks especially the top gaskets.... I had noticed lots of thick black sludge after my mechanic removed the top cover... He cleaned it manually by scraping off as much he could.... after a week in the garage for some repair.... had taken our my ride ...... following that it had a coolant leak ... compression test was done for the radiator and had repaired the leak by changing some hoses and also changed the PCV themo house as it was under the manifold.... After a few days i noticed white smoke coming out of my exhaust and check my engine oil.... it showed low levels ... below minimum.... I brought it back to the mechanic and he top up the oil and told me to monitor the oil.... It is now burning oil every 1000km i need to top up 1 liter of engine oil.... I am now using 20w-50 pennzoil dino oil..... And put auto-rx .... now it has just ran about 700 km in the cleaning phase and the oil is down to the half mark on the dipstick.... however there is no more smoking from exhaust......All my friends and mechanic said i need to overhaul my engine ... it need new rings and valve seals ..... But the repair would be costly for me....... Do you think auto-rx can really help me here...... please auto - rx.... need help....cry   What do you think Frank?

I think you should follow the application for sludge removal. Don,t worry about oil burning (in reality my best guess it is sludge burning) top off oil and follow application. When your done application start maintenance dose.

STAY WITH DINO OIL HOWEVER MAKE SURE IT IS THE VISCOSITY SPECIFIED BY THE MANUFACTURE.

You need to have 3 bottles of Auto-Rx for both the cleaning and maintenance. Auto-Rx will make a positive impact and hopefully you will read www.auto-rx.com and the FAQ. The home page has a web site search engine type in "sludge" it will give you good insight.

Thank Frank......

So nice of u to reply my posting.... I am happy with your reply and gave me confidence to be patience..... You know I am having sleepless night about my problem... I thought my car would need an open heart surgery.... And it would make my pocket empty by then.... But however I am glad to discover there are other possibilities to help my situation.... thanks to auto-rx.... I do hope it goes well.....My car is a 2002 year model.... I dont know why so much sludge was in it..... The previous owner did not take care of it well I guess.... I also have power steering oil leaking ... and always needed to top up .... I have also added auto-rx in the power steering oil about 4 ounces .... The next few days it over flowed to the brim... I had to discard some of the oil.... I do hope it will help my leak .... I will know only after I finish my cleaning phase for my engine and would also change my power steering oil as recommended by auto-rx....Thanks for the info that sludge also do burns oil .... especially on this high performance car......engine heat is tremendous compared to the japanese cars.... Frank, thanks for being there for me, sir. I will keep u updated.
