Hello their, I recently purchased a 2000 dodge intrepid with 32900 miles on it. I changed it oil to royal purpil synthetic at 33,000. I am currently at 33,333 and have already purchased your auto rx product but have yet to use it. What I'm concerned about is running even a group III synthetic oil in this car because these 2.7's run so hot, they sludge regular mineral oil up even after 300 miles on a new oil change. I've red that true synthetic oil, especially royal purpil, can be operated at much higher temperatures without sludging up. So would it be a bad idea to run auto rx with royal purpil? Also, would it be ok to run auto rx on a maintenance plan with royal purpil after the cleaning and rinse phases? Your feedback would be really appreciated. One last question, if anyone has used this on their dodge intrepid with success, please tell me yoru stories, thanks :)

I have to tell you that Royal Purple is a Group III oil, which means that it is not 100% synthetic oil. It is basically hydrocracked mineral oil.
Sludge is caused by the engine running too cool, meaning short trips where the engine does not get up too operating temperature, or having a plugged PCV.
I would do a Clean Phase with Wal-Mart Super Tech dino oil and the same oil for the Rinse Phase and you should be fine. You want an oil for these 2 phases that does not have a dynamic additive package. This will allow auto-rx to do its job quicker, meaning deposits will be loosened, liquified, and sent to your oil filter.
By the way, I did apply for account on the "Bob is the Oil guy website", seems like their are tons of experts their. Thanks. I was considering running Castrol Syntec in the vehicle for the cleaning and rinsing phases, what do you think of castrol?
