I'm about to change the oil in my 2002 F-150 that I put a bottle of ARx in. For some odd reason I put the next bottle in a quart of oil set for the next oil change. It has 40,000 miles on it which are mostly city low speed. Should I just go ahead and put the rinse oil and ARX in and run it 3000 miles?

No, you need to find another quart of oil without Auto-RX to use for this oil change. This will be your rinse, and for this you need just a non-synthetic oil (no high mileage either). Save the other "dosed" quart for a later treatment or for maintenance doses later after you are done with clean and rinse phases.

OK but I could have put it in the transfer case or transmission. Darn.
