3rd clean phase question

As some of you know, I have recently started a 3rd cleaning phase on my car(95 lexus gs300). The question I have is this
A) Do I still need to follow the sludge application instructions
B)If not, do I still have to change out my oil filter or can I just drive it 2500 miles and get an oil chnage done

gs300tx,

Since you have started the 3rd appliacition I would complete it as a sludge cleaning. Was your engine sludged up and that is why you did 3 cleanings?

Well, I did not have any concrete proof that the engine had sludge issues, but since it is a toyota motor, I know those engines are prone to sludging. That and the fact that when I got the car I had 136k, when I started the whole process I beleive the car had around 165k. So I just wanna make sure I properly clean any traces of sludge from this engine.

I would complete the 3rd cleaning with the sludge instructions and to insure all the sludge has been removed.
