I have brought myself another Ford Granada Cosworth 2.9i V6 24valves with 76K on the clock. I am thinking of doing the 'Auto-RX - Fast Track Motor Application' as there is no sludge and the last owner used Fully synthetic Engine Oils and so did his father before him. I won't not be using this car as much as the daily one, so I feel that application is the right one ?

You are correct. Sounds like the best plan for your latest Granada. I sorta grin when I see Granada and Cosworth describing the same car. The Granadas we had years ago from Ford usually had a lame duck straight 6 pushrod engine in these grocery-getters. OTOH, when I think of Cosworth, I think of DOHC 4 valves per cyl, fire-breathing screamer of an engine, with a racing heritage.
They just don't go together in my mind.
