I am at my 2500 miles first stage of using a-rx going to change oil. Car has over 200,000 miles when I change oil this time do I add a-rx again and what type of oil should I use I've seen one post about castrol gtx is good.

Its the wrong section, but no problem.

You are now going onto the Rinse Phase, just add a cheap dino oil and run it for 3000 miles. You do not add any auto-rx for the Rinse Phase.

When you are done the Rinse Phase, just do another Clean and Rinse.

Remember this:

1) Clean Phase= Bottle of auto-rx
2) Rinse Phase= NO auto-rx
