How much ARX for the Allison 1000 HD trans?

I want to add AutoRX to my Allison transmission.  The Allison holds 13+ quarts of fluid.  Should I still use the standard treatment ratio of 6 oz or increase the amount of AutoRX? 

Also, the Allison has a spin on filter as well as the internal filter.  Do I still need to drain & refill after 1000 miles or just change the spin on?
