Amsoil SS0 0W30 and maintenance dose?

I am currently 1,500 miles into the cleaning phase on my 66,000 total miles 2002 4.0L V6 Ford Explorer which I bought new.  I plan on doing the full 2,500 mile clean phase run as recommended by this site.  The engine is specified to use 5W30 oil by Ford (and these 4.0L V6 have never been back spec'd to use 5W20 unlike many Ford engines - due to oil pump incompatibility with thinner oils IIRC) and I am using Supertech 5W30 dino for the cleaning phase and have already purchased Supertech 5W30 dino for the 3,000 mile rinse phase.

I plan on using Amsoil SSO 0W30 synthetic oil for extended drains once I am finished with the "basic" application.  Can I use auto-rx in maintenance mode (3oz each oil change if I understand correctly) with this Amsoil synthetic oil?

Thanks,

Rumple

Yes it would be a good choice and help keep your engine clean. 7500 miles on extended drain is prudent. If your going to try for 10,000 miles either way use 4 ounces of Auto-Rx in all oil changes.

ARX will help to maintain a healthy TBN over the coarse of an extended drain, as eveidenced in many used oil analysis reports. The lubricity of ARX should also help keep wear metals lower.

I have used another product and ran a small drain of about 9,000 miles. UOA came back great. Not a good baseline but it was something.

I was thinking of do the same with ARX..

ARX DID stop an oil leak...amazing.
