Hello all. Any issues using an oil extractor instead of draining oil from bottom of pan?

fredp,
I would not use this method unless you are sure the engine is sludge free and if you use the extractor make sure you change the filter.

Tell you what.... do both. Use your oil extractor then remove the drain plug to get out anything that might be left in the pan.
