93 MAZDA MPV SMOKING WHEN STARTING

I have a 93 Mazda MPV V6 with 84k and it smokes randomly when starting. It also burns a quart of oil every 3-400 miles. The oil has been changed every 3-4k since it has been new. Sometimes it will smoke every time you start the van hot or cold and there are times where it didn't smoke at all for a week.
Anyone have a clue what is causing this? Do you guys think Auto-Rx will help this situation?

Going through a quart of oil every 3-400 miles is a lot. You might want to do a compression test first. That may help determine why you are going through so much oil.

Auto-Rx helped with my fogging 3.0 Mitsubishi in my 92 Caravan. It only smoked if idled for a very long time after treatment.

Auto-Rx may help your consumption. Sometimes that's due to stuck rings.
