Started an ARX treatment on my '98 Jetta back in October. Finished the cleaning phase, changed oil at 3000 miles, started the rinse phase. Now I'm 1500 miles into the rinse phase, but I won't be driving this car anymore for 6 months. The car will be parked in a garage for all that time.
Should I leave it with the rinse oil in for 6mo, then drive it another 1500 miles and change it? Or should I change the oil now?
In other words, is there any downside from leaving the rinse phase oil in for 6 months in an inactive car?
