Hello i read with great interest your comments regarding your personal ease in following the applications that were previously on the web site. My reason for having above knowledgeable techs customize your particular application for your engine was to make sure you got the maximum benefit from your purchase of Auto-Rx.

Our experiences with taking phone calls , answering basic questions made it clear most people did not read or perhaps did not understand what they were reading on the technical side of our web site. What a waste.

The Auto-Rx application when finished makes the internals of your engine clean ( oil can now lubricate every nook & cranny of your engine-That means wear on parts caused by inadequate lubrication while not able to be restored can certainly be altered by the use of Auto-Rx)

When your engine is finished with the Application of Auto-Rx and you go on the Auto-Rx Maintenance Plan you should be able to minimize major repairs and other than belts-plugs etc drive on a better performing engine which equates to less cost per mile to operate. Hope this clarifies why we went to the expense of providing tech backup to our customers.

For most folks the information on the web site is plentiful in guiding you through a successful Auto-Rx application. Auto-Rx works on nearly all motors provided that there is adequate oil flow. Auto-Rx can only clean where oil is free to flow. Auto-Rx can not fix broken parts, such as cracked seals, or worn out cam lobes, cracked rings, ect., but many motor symptoms are a result of oil contamination. That would include, dirty rotary seals, that are still in respectable shape, clocked hydraulic lifters, or stuck rings. Between this message board and the technicalarx lik for one on one, no questions should be left unanswered.

For every customer who found the former instruction sets easily understandable, there were some who found reason to question them due to some perceived exceptional circumstance. Some were valid concerns, many were not. There is just no way to construct a presentation on how the product works without a feature length text that no one is going to have time to read or perhaps the technical savvy to understand if they did. You end up layering orientation and education before you can get to instructions.

This gives a direct link to someone who will stay with you through the entire process and answer any question that may come up. This may be 3weeks or 3 months into the treatment.
