Sure you can leave the product in for 4-5 weeks or more to achieve the desired cleaning. In bikes in particular, Auto-Rx can free sticky piston rings in a short period of operation. Running the bike hard during the cleaning application facilitates freeing up the rings quicker than mild street riding.
Your rinse cycle will be your normal oil change interval with no auto-rx added. Nothing special. I am assuming stuck rings in your case. Normally they would be freed up during the cleaning application, that is with the product installed. Other areas of the motor will likely still clean up more so during the rinse phase, whereby oil flow, heat, and pressure are less.
