It would appear that the number 4 cylinder has an oil fowled spark plug. This could be due to either excessive oil passing by the piston rings in this cylinder entering the combustion chamber. It could be a bad spark plug wire, which isn’t allowing the spark to travel to the spark plug. Or perhaps you have a valve issue associated with this number 4 cylinder, possibly a badly worn stem seal allowing oil to flow into the cylinder along with the fuel air mix.
With respect to cleaning, the only thing that you can do to speed up the cleaning process is to keep the Auto-Rx concentration at a 3 fluid ounce per quart of oil ratio and drive. An idling motor is no substitute for driving. Auto-Rx uses heat and oil pressure and flow to accomplish cleaning. Driving works the best, with the motor at full operating temperature, and oil pressure highest at highway speed or at least rpm levels higher than idle.
The number 4 cylinder will only be corrected if you check out the plug wire for the spark arching out before it reaches the spark plug. May have to remove and clean the spark plug or replace, to get that cylinder firing again.
