Auto-Rx Maintenance Dose For Transmissions & Motors

Auto-Rx in closed automotive lubrication systems

These systems would include the transmission, power steering, and differential if so equipped.

These lubricants are recommended for 30,000 to 60,000 miles. However, once used to recommended service interval or greater, contamination from heat and metallurgy have stuck to the working internals of each component.  The greatest thing you can do to protect these pricey systems is to add a small dose of Auto-Rx and then run 1000 miles before having these vital fluids replaced.  For an automatic transmission that is 6 fluid ounces or the equivalent of ½ bottle of Auto-Rx.  For a power steering pump, that is only 1 fluid ounce for this system. After driving the vehicle for 1000 miles, the results are all the contamination drains with the old fluid. Now you are putting fresh fluids into a clean system. After all,

Why put fresh lubricants into a dirty system!! The new fluid will not last nearly as long performing at an acceptable rate.

Auto-Rx Maintenance Dose for Motors

A good majority of Auto-Rx customers come to our website with serious troubles in their motors. Usually it is due to running extended drains. We all like to hear that an oil is good for XXX number of miles. But what consumers dont realize those XXX miles are based on ideal driving conditions. There is a big difference between highway miles and short trip local miles.

We all like to hear about the highway miles rating. Your motor is really a living/breathing machine. Just think about the volumetric amount of air that passes through the combustion chamber just to drive 5000 miles. Whether it is riding down town or all on the highway the volume is huge. And now think about the gallons of gasoline or diesel fuel that you paid for that made those driving miles possible.  Well I have to tell you that a very sizeable amount of air contaminants and incomplete combustion gases pass by the piston rings every mile.  These are the two predominant components that promote engine sludge.

Be Proactive, and avoid major internal engine repairs. Once you have gotten your motor clean, following the cleaning instruction. Use the Auto-Rx maintenance dose. That is run 3 fluid ounces of Auto-Rx with each oil change to greatly expand the detergent/dispersant package of your host oil. Or run a full 12 fluid ounce bottle every 4th oil change. Motors are becoming ever more sophisticated and expensive. Keeping the motors internal sensors and working components clean will keep you out of trouble.
