You may have it and not know it. Many people assume their engine doesnt have sludge, especially if they regularly change their oil. What they dont realize is that sludge can occur in any engine if the conditions are right. In gas or diesel motors, carbon coming from combustion blow-by gases combines with oil to make varnish-like, liquid grit, which drastically increases (magnifies) wear and tear through continual depositing.
