I have a transmission that is making very similar sounds to a Powersteering pump that is bad only much louder.
Sounds changes when accelerating and shifting from Drive, Neutral, etc. Online Mechanics have advised this is very likely the pump components of the Transmission which seem to work much like a PS Pump.
I probably have weeks left on this vehicle, I've heard that changing fluid on Trans when dirty can accelerate issues, but I don't have the experience to know the ifs and buts regarding this advice.
Maybe AutoRx cleans and removes the concerning issues that normally make "do nothing" the best advise, maybe AutoRx will buy me some time ?
