1992 Toyota - emissions improved

Last year my Corolla with a little over 100k failed the emissions test. There is not EGR system on this model so I replaced the catalytic converter. It barely passed the NOX test after that. I knew it had to be a build up of carbon. I got a free bottle of Auto-Rx from the old forum and used it last year right after the emissions test. I just had it tested on Friday (a year later) and my emissions for NOX were over 900 ppm lower and were on the extreme low end of the scale. The other emissions were equivalent to a new car. I am really surprised at how low they were. There are sceptics about Auto-Rx, but I know that it works.

P.S. I'm trying to find my emissions report form last year, but it looks likeit dropped the NOX over 1000ppm. When I find last years results I will post them for comparison.

mrvmax,

Thanks for becoming a member of ARX. forum. Frank Miller, has instructed ARX. users that it will reduce the emissions and to do the cleaning phase before having the test is done glad to hear it did so well. It would be great if you could find last years test and post it again thanks for using Auto-Rx.

Daryl

I cannot find last years results, but my NOX was close to failing. Here are this years results:
NOX at high speed was 65 (the limit is 1123 - I was over 1000 last year)
NOX at low speed was 78 (the limit is 1242 - I was over 1000 last year)

If last years result turn up I will add them in.
