Update no response from "mbaha" if he does not exist than our forum got spamed. This happens when you have a product that works as advertised. What? You sent my oil via DHL to the nearest post office? What a joke. Why not send it to my house? What about the following statement listed on your order page "Auto-Rx® comes in a 12 ounce bottle that willbe shipped directly to your door via DHL with FREE email tracking."

Contrary to your messages this turns out to be a problem with the shipper. Auto-Rx has apologized and sent you 1 exrta bottle.(above post)This episode has concluded.
I think what you and Safe Ship are doing is very fair but sending an extra bottle I think is above and beyond. I know you take great pride in shipping Auto-Rx right away after you receive the customers order the posts I have read often state how quickly the had received their order of ARX.
