VW Passat W8

I have a 2003 VW Passat W8 with 38,000 miles. I got it used and don't know the oil history on it. I want to use Auto-Rx as a hedge against the oil screen problems this engine can have. My question is it has a capacity of 9 quarts, so is one bottle enough for a treatment cycle?

Since VW requires synthetic oil and I still have 24,000 miles on the warrenty I was planning on using synthetic oil for the clean cycle and then using a dino for the rinse cycle. From what I have read that will be OK but would like to verify that also.

Thanks in advance

Mustard,

With only 38K 1 bottle will do it you need to follow up with the maintenance program this will keep your engine clean and sludge free.
