Hey there I had ordered a couple of bottles of auto-rx 2 weeks ago and was supposed to receive the package on November 9th. Then it was rescheduled by fedex ground on monday and then I called them to find out the package is missing. They are doing there investigation so I decided to give Frank a call about the situation since I knew it was lost and I have had problems with fedex ground in the past. He immediately sent another package of auto-rx 2 days via DHL and it was on my doorstep the very next day. I just want to thank you Frank for the excellent customer service.
I have to agree that he goes out of the way to correct problems ASAP. There aren't too many vendors that will do that. Personal attention is a big plus for buying from Frank. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows.
I placed my first order of 6 bottles and all that was shipped was one bottle. I called Frank and he sent me my 5 bottles I paid for plus one more free just for the trouble.
