Richone,

This was on the WESH2 web page not sure you knew about it. Also the attorney general of Ga. has filed a lawsuit for consumer complants

Bill Heard Enterprises

The Columbus-based company had five dealerships in Georgia and nine in six other states - Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Nevada, Tennessee and Texas. The Arizona dealership closed two weeks ago.
According to a company statement released Wednesday through Atlanta public relations professional Alan Ulman, the closures will affect about 2,700 employees.
Last year, the Sanford dealership paid $400,000 to settle consumer complaints. The state attorney general also forced the business to change its marketing practices.
