Differential And Powersteering With Auto-Rx
Permalink

I wanted to let everyone know that I finished my application of Auto-Rx in my Differential, I was not able to post pictures, but I did save the old fluid.

Before Auto-Rx the gears had a greyish slime, and after Auto-Rx they look like brand new shiny gears. Everything inside the Differential carrier looks clean. I added a 1 ounce Maintenance Dose too the new gear oil and I will see how things go.

I finished my 2nd application of Auto-Rx in my powersteering about a month ago. I added a 1 ounce Maintenance Dose and my results have been totally positive. The powersteering feels better now than it did  before Auto-Rx.

After the 1st and 2nd Cleanings the fluid came out dark, it was obviously darker on the 1st cleaning and that is why I had decided too do a 2nd cleaning.

Auto-Rx is a great product if you let it do its job and have patience. Our vehicles spent many years building up this crud inside of our:

1) Powersteering
2) Engine
3) Differential
4) Transmission

So please do not expect fast results, but with time  and patience this product works great, just get out and drive.

Do you have a pic of the gear oil? I would like to see what it looks like.

I still have the bottle of used gear oil and when I can get a picture I will try to post it, this stuff really works in the Differential, gears look like they just came out of a box, meaning they look brand new.

Sounds good. Will be buying a car soon and doing the same, as well as the engine and transmission.
