i am going to be starting my auto-rx soon on my 88 jimmy with 4.3l engine and 217k on it.but i wanted to know a few things.

what phase should i start with?
and it says use reg oil.is walmart oil ok to use?

You would start with the Clean Phase, please read the instructions in the application section on auto-rx.com

Wal_mart Super Tech dino oil is fine too use.

With over 200,000 miles you may need to run 2 applications of auto-rx.

The Clean Phase is where you add the bottle of auto-rx to your oil. I would do this phase with new oil and a new oil filter.

Yep I have been using Walmart oil and filters for Auto-RX runs. Saves a lot of money......

whats the clean phase?the basic application.

and would that be better then the heavy sludge phase?cause i have over 200k.it runs pretty strong but 200k and over 20 years old might have some stuff in there.

Are you the original owner? if not With 217K miles I would do 2 cleanings and 2 rinse phases and continue with the 3oz maintanince program.
