I did 6 ounces of auto-rx in my Mercury Marauder's transmission, I recently changed all of the fluid out and put on a new trans filter. The transmission is shifting fantastic.
The trans fluid that came out was a dark burgundy color, proving that auto-rx works on a low mileage transmission.
I changed the trans filter and fluid on my Dad's car, same car as mine, he is at 30,000 miles too, he did not want to do auto-rx in his transmission. His fluid came out looking brand spanking new.
I saved the old trans fluid from both cars in case anyone was interested in seeing some pics of the fluid from both cars.
