I ran it a little too long, about 1700 miles, but the results are amazing.
I used the drain/fill method because this trans has a torque converter drain plug. My mechanic replaced the filter, cleaned the pan, and installed some synthetic ATF(Schaeffer's). The color of the old fluid was a deep maroon color, to me showing that it cleaned up the 4R70W nicely.
Anyways, the trans is shifting great and there's no shudder at all. Very pleased to say the least. For the record, the car wasn't having any issues, but I knew ARX would be a good idea. The car has 87K miles now.
I am also on the 2nd cleaning of the power steering(just for good measure), as well as the cleaning phase on the engine.
