I would probably put in 6 ounces of auto-rx 1000 miles before you change your transmission fluid.
I have not heard of anyone doing a Maintenance Dose of auto-rx on there transmission so I do not know what too tell you since I just follow the application instructions for using auto-rx in the transmission.
The only way I could see this working for you is if you had an external transmiision filter put on your car.
