Love the product been using it to clean for years.
I use Group IV syn oil with the maintenance dose. Works very well. Running a friends car with clean, rinse X2 to stop seal leaks. I am going to run the group IV syn oil with the maintenance dose afterwords.
Interesting that you say 50% longer on Group III. Do you mean for seal leaks or cleaning?
I have run Group III clean and rinse before on another car just for cleaning and it solved 2 problems I had. I have thought maybe I could run longer than the stated miles with the Group III to get same results as dino.
Just to clarify. I am on last rinse now. After this I will be using POA and long drains with maintenance dose.
So the question is pros and cons on POA and long drains with maintenance dose, after seal leak doses? Or pros and cons of of using POA after fixing seal leak with RX.

I meant 50% longer for cleaning and rinsing with group iv than with dino. No idea on the maintenance dose difference between group iv and dino. I'm equating Group iii with dino since they act the same with autorx. The polarity of group iv (pao) is what slows the arx effects.
