My wife's 2002 Avalon abrubtly started smoking upon starting. Tried to resolve with mechanical fixes costing $2400 +. Nothing was working, common wisdom was the rings were the problem. I read about Auto- RX and gave it a try. No more smoking, and the dip stick looks new. I was a skeptic, two toyo service people wanted to help me locate a used engine, as "that is the only way to fix it". Turns out there is another way. Wish I tried ARX first.
