clear the 1500 miles was agreed to in order to accommodate your need for
a speedy look at your engine.I stated it should work believing we were
dealing with static varnish.
When i see how many people state "They haven't lost faith in you" what
were you and i doing ? Auto-Rx Plus cleaned off all the other products
you have used it was only a chance 1 bottle and 1400 miles would do
anything you have made it sound like a failure. We
went to the expense of having a lab tell us why your varnish stains
can't be removed. It would be fair if you posted that. You consider
yourself a fair guy who calls them like he sees them. We know how to get
the varnish stains off oil alone will not do it. We are proving that
again with your use of Pennzoil on your weekend trip to Charlotte ( at
least that's what you told me) when you check your varnish stains will
still be there.
We provided the 2 Bottles of Auto-Rx Plus and offered to pay for an oil
analysis to help you and us. Without Auto-Rx Plus any oil you use will
fail.
Platinum is a group III highly refined mineral oil base.
A very good oil. We will see if the high concentration, fast track level,
will provide enough ester content into this oil to disperse the varnish.
If not then, I think we will know that this substance will not dissolve into
mineral oil, period.
I am going to check Monday and see if you clarify our role with your problem

XXXX you dishonored your word these experiments with Auto-Rx were to be confidential instead you bowed to your ARX Hater Buddys and released half ass information to prove "They can believe in you" what they know about removing varnish stains you will see for yourself when you remove your valve cover. The varnish will be there sure they will have another oil for you to try. We already have learned how to remove the varnish stains based on your comments photos and lab tests. As far as when you received Auto-Rx Plus you had it when you decided to run another Pennzoil product ( not what the lab suggested ) without using Auto-Rx Plus. We will be happy to pick up the Auto-Rx Plus and reimburse you for your oil changes. Give me an address unless you apologize on bitog today 4-7 for breaking your agreement of confidentiality with Auto-Rx Plus we do not want to continue testing with you. Frank

ARX Haters have always been however since the episodes with the "Varnish King" they have gotten more so. There message board forum is for attack any product or person who has a product people use eg. Auto-Rx Plus. They bully intimidate and lie unfortunately some honest posters are afraid of them. I filed Federal Cyber charges against on of there most beloved members and the neighborhood just has not been the same.
This board has always tried to get it right and yes we have made our share of mistakes however compared to the ARX Haters we are spiritual.
