In general Honda motors are not particularly prone to sludging issues. That does not mean they are exempt. It would appear to me that you are likely experiencing an issue with the V-tec variable timing issue with your vehicle.
The system uses oil flow and pressure to change the timing of the motor to best equate to economy and performance as you drive your vehicle. I will have to do some research on your error codes. But many times the screen filters in the V-tech system can get plugged or semi-blinded with oxidized oil deposits preventing oil flow to work the V-tech system.
Also for any vehicle it is important to monitor and change out the PCV valve and clean the associated plumbing to vent unburned fuel vapors out of the crankcase. An under-performing PCV system is a catalyst for sludge formation.
My question is how well does the motor run with these error codes appearing? If well, then I would suggest a round of Fast Track cleaning to see if you can't clean up the motor to the point of all your sensors getting accurate information to the onboard compter or ECU. At the same time you can clean deposits that have likely formed in the V-tech system that controls your valve timing. If the motor is still running well, then I have no doubt you can clean the motor as you drive.
