Most diesel injectors work off of very high oil pressure. But at the same time additives added to the fuel will correct the issue. Auto-Rx can fix issues from the oil side of the issue. A diesel fuel additive added to the fuel may be necessary if the sticky injectors are being adversely effected from the fuel side. So it is a question of whether the problem is from the oiling side, the fuel side, or both.
