I just recently bought a 1996 Acura Integra GS-R 5 speed and just received my bottles of ARX. I'm planning to run it in my engine and my manual transmission. I'm not sure but should I be changing my oil and filter first before putting ARX in it or can I just pouring it in using the existing oil? Also my transm...

Chrysler 3.0 V6 - worth it?
(Preview)
I have a 91 Dodge Spirit with the 3.0L V6 (Mitsubishi/Chrysler) engine. It has started to burn oil. It was quite obvious on an emission test where it smoked the whole way through. Anyway, it has 122K on it. Is it worthwhile to try Auto-Rx on it? These motors are known to have finnicky valve guides and ste...

Is there a particular conventional oil that works best with Auto-rx? I currently use a high moly content oil like Chevron or Havoline, but is it better to use something different?

Question on the cleaning phase.

I'll be lucky to put 1,500 miles on my car in 6 months and I'd rather not wait that long in between oil changes. Would doing the cleaning phase twice..(two 3 month periods) be ok? Thanks, John
